Terms & Conditions for Always Good Bins, LLC
This Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms of use for Always Good Bins, LLC (“Service Provider”), entered into by you, the Customer (“you” or “Customer”), upon using or requesting services. By using any of the services, you acknowledge and accept the terms detailed here.
- Services Provided: The Service Provider offers trash bin and recycling bin cleaning, as well as power washing, for residential and commercial customers. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
- Customer Responsibilities: To ensure service delivery, customers agree to the following. Failure to meet these may result in service delays or fees:
- Communication: Ensure emails from the Service Provider are not filtered out. Communications are sent from michael@alwaysgoodbins.com.
- Day of Service: Place bins curbside on your trash collection day. Bins must remain empty and accessible for cleaning until dark of that day.
- Contents of Bins: Bins must be free of unbagged trash, hazardous materials, yard waste, and construction debris. The Service Provider will not clean bins with hazardous waste.
- Gated Access: Customers must ensure the Service Provider has an up-to-date gate code. Missed service due to access issues is not refundable.
- Bin Condition: Bins should be in good condition and free from damage that would impede cleaning.
- Rescheduling: To reschedule, notify the Service Provider by 9:00 PM CST the day before the scheduled service. Requests made after this deadline may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Cancellations: To cancel, email michael@alwaysgoodbins.com before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Service continues through the billing cycle if canceled after payment.
- Cancellation After First Service: If canceling after the first cleaning, the Service Provider will charge the difference between the recurring rate and a one-time cleaning rate.
- Relocation: Customers relocating outside of the service area may receive a prorated refund.
- Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Missed Service: If the Service Provider is unable to complete the service for reasons not caused by the Customer, the service will be rescheduled or credited.
- Weather Delays: Services may be postponed in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, and customers will be notified of rescheduling.
- Charges and Payment: Customers agree to pay all service charges, including applicable taxes. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify charges with prior notice.
- Automatic Payments: Processed on the scheduled payment day.
- Declined Payments: Customers will be notified of any payment issues and must provide an alternative method. Failure to address these may lead to suspension of service.
- Modifications to Agreement: the Service Provider reserves the right to update terms or service procedures. Customers will be notified via email or the website. Continued service use indicates acceptance of changes.
- Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by Minnesota law. Any disputes shall be resolved within Minnesota courts.
- Miscellaneous: If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect. Neither party may transfer rights without written consent from the other. This Agreement supersedes prior understandings regarding the Service Provider’s terms and conditions.
